Australian Legal Contract Reformatting
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm seeking a legal professional to reformat an Australian legal contract that is currently in both Word and PDF formats. The aim is to ensure the document is correctly paginated and indexed, and free from any grammatical or typographical errors.
There are several sections to the contract totalling approximately 140 pages. The contract requires me to be able to easily insert png formatted plans in some sections.
Key Deliverables:
- Reformatting the contract in both Word and PDF
- Ensuring the document is correctly paged and indexed
- Proofreading for grammatical and typographical errors
- Setting up the document as a template in docusign for clients to fill out their details and sign and for us
to be able to insert a png format plan where required if possible
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience and expertise in Australian legal contracts
- Proficiency in both Word and PDF formatting
- Attention to detail for proofreading
- Understanding of legal formatting standards
- Ability to create a table of contents and footer with page numbers
Ideal Candidate:
- Legal Secretary, Solicitor, or Lawyer with experience in contract drafting and formatting
- Strong understanding of Australian legal language and terminologies
- Previous experience in document reformatting and proofreading
- Ability to adhere to legal formatting guidelines while incorporating branding is a plus.
