The other party is leveraging their contacts and knowledge of the system to manipulate proceedings rather than relying on facts. We need a dedicated professional who can cut through the noise, ensure fair legal representation, and advocate fiercely for rights and safety. History of family violence and an IVO is currently in place and being extended periodically. Financial settlement is stalled and the other party is uncooperative.
Requirements:
✔ experience in family law, particularly domestic violence and abuse survivor advocacy
✔ Ability to counteract systemic bias and push for a fact-based legal approach
✔ Strong litigation and negotiation skills
✔ Compassionate yet firm approach, ensuring the client’s safety and justice

• Immediate legal advice in ongoing divorce proceedings
