I am looking for an attorney to join my team in the United States to provide ongoing legal services for my business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract drafting and review.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of the business
- Provide guidance on employment law matters to ensure compliance with regulations and protect the rights of employees
- Advise on intellectual property protection strategies to safeguard the business's intellectual assets
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed attorney in the United States
- Prior experience in contract drafting and review
- Knowledge of employment law and intellectual property protection
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze legal documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is an ongoing position, with a monthly need for legal services. The attorney will be expected to be available on a regular basis to address legal issues that arise in the course of business operations.
