Attorney Needed for Post-Filing Support on Habeas Corpus and Potential 1983 Lawsuit

I am seeking an experienced civil rights attorney to assist with post-filing support for a habeas corpus petition related to a 25-year sentence imposed in 1983. The petition has already been drafted and reviewed by a legal professional. I will handle the physical filing myself at the county clerk's office.

I need legal assistance with:
- Reviewing any responses or objections from the state after filing.
- Representing me in court if necessary.
- Managing any potential appeals from the state.
- Assisting with a subsequent Section 1983 lawsuit for damages once judgment is obtained on the habeas corpus.
- Will also need support with pre and post filing questions once a response is received in about 30 days and for handling any court answers.
