i allegedly got pulled over while license suspended in the 1st degree. 2nd time.
also, i am a 25-year-old minority business owner. (Native/Mexican.)
Sherriff claims he seen me driving my company vehicle (NexGen Roofing LLC) chased my company vehicle all the way back to my house. stopped and parked in the front of my house and ran around my house to my back yard," Never Pulling me over or lights on,. while my truck was parked in the back of my house, (2 houses on 1 property) (my House is behind the first house, all the way in the back of the lot)
when the sherriff did run to my back yard he found me picking up a tarp that was full of trash. immedietly grabbing and using eccess force. Arresting me. and causing me (Business Owner) to leave a customers roof half roofed and exposed for seveal days in jail. i was finally able to bail out 5 days later, and losing so much bussiness money and jobs.
