Real Estate Company looking for attorney or experienced paralegal to write wrongful foreclosure lawsuits. Candidate must have knowledge of State Civil Codes and Civil Code Procedures for the following US States: California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Florida. In addition the candidate must be able to shepardise cases concerning wrong foreclosure cases throughout the entire US. We are looking to create a wrongful foreclosure templates for each state and file thousands of lawsuits monthly. Candidate must me able apply statement of facts and provide a ready to file complaint.
