Articles of association review

As a minority shareholder of a newly formed UK company I am looking for help in reviewing my company’s draft articles of association and franchise agreements. I need a review that can identify potential risks and provide guidance on areas of concerns that may not be in my interest & whether a shareholder agreement is necessary. I expect the review to be conducted within 1-2 weeks with any changes clearly explained to protect my interests.
