Appellate lawyer with experience in New York State
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I represented myself in an Estate probate proceeding in Dutchess County. I have drafted a detailed outline of fact and law but am looking for an experienced attorney to help put the appellate brief together for the NYS Supreme Court 2nd appellate department, and possibly even represent me in oral argument.
