Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
The app is a simple quiz but the questions will ask the users to make current affairs oriented predictions (questions will be posed in the form of “will x happen by <date>”) and results will accumulate over time.
It will be android and ios.
Naturally the documents need to cover all the usual things GDRP, CCPA, CPRA, basis for processing data, app stores requirements, updates etc.
I have seen the many generators and they look like they do a decent job but I don’t think they are good value so bring this job here.
App specific legalities, (it’s a free app so this is mostly about use of their answer data they give while using the app).
The app will own the users' “answer data” and may distribute it (without user’s personal data).
The app will offer quiz categories, each will have its own admin who will set the questions and be the ultimate judge of the result (did X actually happen by such a date etc).
There is no commercial use of the app by the user and as such there are no right to claim for losses in the event of any failure or disagreement.
The user ranking system may change from time to time. The current ranking formular will be published on social media.
Unanswered questions will be treated as incorrect.
Aggregated category data may be provided to category admins. (no personal data).
Deletion of accounts will result in deletion of user’s personal data but not their answers, which will be retained in an anonymised state.
Admin my not distribute user answer data privately (to avoid their commercialisation of the data), only publicly (so it become an engagement tool for them with their current audiences).
Emails from the company will be not more than 20 times per year.
