Analysis of A Spanish Contract

I am looking to have a contract I have in Spanish analyzed for legal compliance, a detailed report and summary of the analysis, including a translation to English. My goal is to ensure that I fully understand the terms and conditions of the contract, and to be sure that I am in full compliance with all applicable laws. The analysis should cover any legal risks posed by the contract, and should give me a better understanding of my rights and responsibilities under the agreement. Once completed, the report will detail any recommended changes in order to better protect my interests.
