Amend a contract

I am looking for someone to help amend a contract which is far too long currently. You will need to be based in Australia and/or an Australian qualified lawyer. Also, you will need to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement to maintain confidentiality prior to looking at the contract and you will need to provide case-law references referencing specific clauses to ensure the contract is legally binding.
