Aircraft Leasing Legal Project

I will need a legal document drafted between two parties for the lease of an aircraft. The contract must have clauses which subject the agreement to the Laws of New York but stipulates Dublin as the forum for dispute resolution. Legal experience is a must and leasing is preferred.
