Advice & help drafting comments for a legal statement

I have a criminal hearing going on here in the uk , today I was surprised with a new witness statement from Prosecution that is being pulled from my phone, my barrister wants me to comment on it and I will need your help please to make them drafted , they are only almost 3 pages the highlighted information that I need to comment on .
