Advice on English property law

I am looking for ongoing advice on a specific area of English property law: residential property. The advice I am seeking is on a preventative basis; I am not in any current legal dispute and am simply looking for strategies and guidance that can help me create better outcomes in the future. I am looking for someone experienced in property law to provide me with ongoing advice and guidance as needed.

Initially I will need advice of interpreting land registry titles and convents.

As the project proceeds I will need further advice on deal structuring including option agreements, delayed completions, overage agreements etc.
