I need a motion to diqualify a creditor in a bankruptcy 7 case

The judgment and lien the creditor has used to make his claim( in bk case) has been undone by Idaho superior court, appeals court. this was in the underlying case of foreclosure in local court.
What I am presenting to the bk court is that this creditors judgment and lein is void or invalid.
at least in this point in time, so his claim should be dropped off the list in the bk case
