legal research for complex contract issue

I am a California attorney, admitted in 1969 - semi-retired . I am looking for someone with experience and access to modern research tools to prepare an analysis of (1) whether notice of advisement of an offer to purchase a 100% interest in a commercial property triggers the buy-sell provisions in a Memorandum of Understanding; and (2) the respective rights and duties of the partiles created by a response.
