Wordpress support for Chinese Simplified Website

I'm currently working on a Wordpress website for a client targeting Chinese Simplified speaking markets. I need help with maintenance and content updates ongoing, specifically tasks related to Chinese Simplified. While graphic design may not be required, I am open to both types of maintenance tasks in order to correctly compliment the current website structure. While English is not necessary, familiarity with the Chinese Simplified language would be helpful in optimizing the website layout, as well as aiding troubleshooting and content updates.
