Urgent Legal Motion Preparation

I need help preparing a motion requesting, Suffolk superior court , not to alow defendants motion to be file , or to be hard , because defendants consel cummity a fraud ,and conspiracy, because defense counsel asking me for my opposition i send then my opposition, i say to then via email not to file my opposition because i dont consent to it , the file it anyway , but the also dont file my memorandum.
