University Moot Memorial Drafting

I’m competing in a university-level moot that centres on a complex family-law problem, and I need polished memorials for both the petitioner and the respondent. The submission date is 28 November 2025, so I’d like to lock in a writer who can steadily collaborate with me over the coming weeks and deliver final documents well ahead of that deadline.

Scope of work
The task is to draft two full memorials that comply with typical university-moot formatting rules—covers, index of authorities, statement of jurisdiction, statement of facts, issues raised, summary of arguments, detailed arguments, conclusion/prayer for relief and a compendium of cited materials. Citations should follow Bluebook 21st ed. (or a comparable standard if you’re more comfortable with it, so long as it remains consistent throughout).

Acceptance criteria
1. Arguments trace clear, logical headings and sub-headings tied to the issues.
2. Authorities are on-point, accurately quoted, and properly cited.
3. Page limits and margin rules typical of university moots are respected.
4. Language is formal, concise and free of plagiarism; I will run the drafts through plagiarism software.

Budget & milestones
My overall budget is approximately ₹600–1,000 and I’m happy to break it into milestones—outline, first draft, and final clean copy—so you receive payments as work progresses.
