We are seeking an experienced technical writer to prepare a formal protest document to a Canadian federal authority regarding procedural flaws in a regulatory application. The work involves synthesizing information from diverse sources—including reports, meeting minutes, and studies—in order to produce a fact-based, professional submission.

Review and analyze a wide range of source materials (primarily in French, with some in English).

Identify procedural inconsistencies and regulatory breaches from the documentation provided.

Draft a structured, evidence-based protest document in English, written in a clear, formal, and authoritative style.
