Skilled Legal Drafter for Complex Civil Case

Job ID: 39664381

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m seeking a highly skilled legal drafter—preferably with experience in Arizona civil/family law, ADA Title II violations, and/or federal Rule 60(b) motions—to assist in preparing a motion to vacate a judgment under Arizona Rule of Family Law Procedure 85(C). This is a complex case involving extensive procedural violations, potential fraud on the court, ADA due process denials, and other serious civil rights breaches.

This will not be a cold handoff. You’ll be working directly with me throughout the drafting process—I know this case better than anyone. I have over 130 docket entries, each of which connects to documentary and evidentiary proof of the judicial and procedural violations we’ll be referencing. You’ll not be working alone—this will be a partnership, and I will carry my part of the weight.

Key Project Details:
• Jurisdiction: Arizona Superior Court, Family Division
• Motion Type: Rule 85(C) Motion to Vacate Judgment (Fraud, Misconduct, Lack of Notice, Disability-Based Due Process Violations)
• Court Case Length: 130+ docket entries, all available
• Known Violations:
• ADA Title II violations under 42 U.S.C. § 12132
• Fraud on the court under ARFLP 85(C)(1)(c) and FRCP 60(d)(3) analogues
• Procedural deprivation of right to be present (confinement under Title 36)
• Evidentiary and due process violations
• Potential federal claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) (RICO)
• Support Available:
• I’ll be directly involved—any question, document, citation, or timeline reference you need, you’ll get it within 21 minutes, 24/7, no exceptions.
• I’ve already drafted preliminary outlines, issue charts, and have indexed exhibits.
• I can provide timeline summaries, transcript highlights, and medical documentation on request.

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with motion practice, especially vacating orders or judgments
• Familiarity with Arizona Revised Statutes and/or Federal Civil Procedure
• Ability to cite accurately from ARS, U.S. Code, ADA, RICO, and judicial conduct rules
• Willing to work collaboratively with a highly responsive pro se litigant
• Legal drafting background (JD, paralegal, or senior law student with litigation focus preferred)

Final Note:

This is a mission-critical project for me. I’m not just paying someone to “do a job”—I’m building a filing that will become part of a much broader legal fight for justice and systemic accountability. If you’re looking for a meaningful project with a committed partner who will match your effort and deliver 24/7 support, then let’s talk.
