I need someone with hotel industry experience to help with a signed letter to the credit card company demanding compensation for misleading advertising. The letter should be concise and persuasive, clearly outlining the false claims made by the company and the resulting financial harm caused to me. The hotel claimed to be a three-star hotel, but in fact, they are only a two-star hotel. I have provided example images of the false claims and also, I was able to see the sign posted for only two stars when I arrived.
