Revise Complaint Prayer for Damages
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My civil action is already on its second amended complaint; the factual allegations are set. What I now need is a clean, court-ready Third Amended Complaint that focuses on an updated prayer for relief.
Scope of the revision
• Replace the current “wherefore” section with a detailed, itemized claim for monetary damages. The core purpose of this amendment is to add money damages.
• Integrate punitive, compensatory, and emotional distress damages, separating each category clearly so the court can see what is being requested and on which counts the amounts attach.
• Work with the damage range I have compiled and help me settle on precise figures that are both defensible and compelling.
• Preserve every existing allegation, exhibit reference, and cause of action word-for-word unless an adjustment is absolutely necessary to support the revised damages section.
• Provide a clean filing version in Word (.docx) plus a red-line or compare copy so I can show the court exactly what changed.
