Respond to this Defendent Motion to Dismiss
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an ACTIVE civil complaint against the United States of America (Civil Action No. 22-0470 (JEB) to overturn the 2016 Presidential Election because it was interfered with by the Russian Federation.
What the complaint asks for is to comb the records of the 17 United States Intelligence Agencies to determine to what extent Donald Trump and his varied associates, organizations, etc. conspired with the Russian Federation and its supporters. The complaint demands that this must be done in a manner NOT to expose the Intelligence community's Sources and Methods.
Should proof be provided that this activity was perpetrated by Trump, Putin and their underlings then The Prayer for Relief would be:
Annul the 2016 Presidential Election. Void all laws, appointments, treaties, regulations, executive orders of the Trump administration. Everything done during the Trump administration was fraudulent, simply clear the deck. Finally restrain Donald Trump and Mike Pence from ever running for office again.
The Justice Department has countered with a Motion to Dismiss and I must respond by May 16th. Time is very short, and with the leaked Supreme Court draft threatening Roe vs. Wade this may be the only way to provide relief from this human rights catastrophe.
