Register Partnership Firm in India
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m setting up a three-partner firm to sell computer hardware and related services. I’m looking for a Chartered Accountant who can take charge of drafting and registering our partnership deed with the Registrar of Firms.
Key points to include in the deed:
• Profit-sharing ratio: profits are to be divided equally among the three partners.
• Work roles may be noted for context—hardware assembly, technical support, and sales/marketing—but they don’t affect the profit split.
Primary deliverable:
• A legally compliant partnership deed, filed and registered in India, with proof of registration.
Nice-to-have, if you already handle them:
• PAN and GST registration along with basic guidance on the process.
• Advice on which supporting documents we should prepare, including a simple rent agreement for the business premises.
A smooth, paper-efficient workflow and clear instructions on signatures, stamp paper, and filing requirements will be appreciated.
