I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent termination of my employment. I feel that I was unfairly fired due to an error that I did not commit.
I had only had four days of training before I was left alone to figure out things on my on. It’s my understanding that training in the past has been upto two and a half month. I asked for help repeatdely and told several people I need to get more training. I reached out to my supervisor and expressed That I needed help. The office staff eventually had to help me . But they moved her to the admin Erica was initially with me until they sent her to the admin building.
I don’t understand why they moved her in the middle of training me when there was nothing to do at the admin building. Because there was nothing to do...instead of just leaving erica to finish training me. I worked my behind off the time I arrived at Soc till the end of shift. I was held to an unreasonable standard that was not fair to me. I arrive at 2:15 am everyday that I'm scheduled to work. I work till the time to leave .
My termination appears to be unjustified I don't even know why I was fired I was told I was not allowed back at the plant but I was not given a reason for my termination. I know there was an incident with the gate but I reported that to ————— ( name) immediately. Other than that I can understand why I was fired.
I urge you to reevaluate the circumstances surrounding my dismissal and consider taking appropriate actions to rectify this situation.
