Polish Lego Sale Contract
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I’m about to buy a multiple used Lego collection for my company and need a Polish-language `Umowa kupna-sprzedaży` that I can hand straight to the individual seller.
The agreement has to be a draft, where i can add an information on the future:
• Identify the parties as a business buyer (my firm) and a private seller.
• Describe the current condition of selling items
• State the final purchase price and payment method (bank transfer details, due date, and acknowledgement of receipt).
• Exclude all warranties, returns, or post-sale claims—please cite art. 558 §1 KC and confirm that rękojmia is waived to the fullest extent allowed.
