Policy Writing for Online Marketplace for professionals

We are launching an online service-based platform and need expert legal guidance on regulatory compliance in Australia and India. Our platform facilitates connections between service providers and customers, but we do not directly offer the services ourselves.

We are looking for a legal expert to assist with:
✅ Advising on business registration requirements (whether to register in India or operate from Australia).
✅ Regulatory compliance for service providers in both Australia and India.
✅ Drafting terms & conditions, privacy policy, and disclaimers to mitigate legal risks.
✅ Advising on the legality of unverified service providers and risk management.
✅ Providing guidance on cross-border payment processing (Stripe, Razorpay, Payoneer, etc.).

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in corporate law, online business compliance, and fintech regulations.
Knowledge of Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Indian regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with marketplace or service-based platform models.
Can provide legal documentation tailored to our needs.
