Permission to Compete Contract

After further discussion with the CEO of the company listed on the attached contract - he agreed to let me compete and partner with him. I want the partnership to be for 2 years where I'll refer him business for specific deals. I need a new contract that states that I can compete, that I won't take from his vendors for marketing, recruiting, IT or programming. Also that I won't try to recruit his other workers.
