Organize Custody Case Evidence

I have hundreds of text messages and screenshots that document the father of my child engaging in threats and intimidation, a continual lack of child focus, and manipulative behavior. I need an experienced organizer — ideally someone familiar with California family court standards — to turn this raw material into a clear, court-ready evidence packet.
Here’s what I expect:
• Read every message and screenshot, tag and file them under the themes above (we are grouping strictly by theme, not date).
• Draft concise, neutral summaries for each theme that spotlight the pattern of behavior without inflammatory language.
• Build a chronological timeline highlighting the most compelling examples so the court can follow the progression at a glance.
• Label the source material cleanly as Exhibits A, B, C, etc., with page numbers and cross-references to the timeline.
• Keep all wording professional, factual, and child-focused to underscore the best-interest standard.
All work needs to be completed ASAP so I can attach it to my upcoming custody filing. Digital delivery in an editable format (Word, Google Docs, or PDF plus the original labeled files) is required. If you have prior paralegal or court-prep experience, especially in California family law, please mention it when you respond.
