Oregon Civil Appeal Forms Assistance
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Much of my Oregon civil appeal packet is already drafted, but I want a sharp legal writer to make sure every entry is accurate, persuasive, and properly formatted before I submit it to the court. I will give you direct URLs to the current Court of Appeals forms along with the partially-completed versions I have on file.
Scope of work
• Review each form line-by-line for compliance with Oregon Rules of Appellate Procedure.
• Fill in any missing sections, especially the Statement of Case, Grounds for Appeal, and Supporting Documents lists, drawing on the facts and exhibits I provide.
• Flag anything that could invite a rejection or motion to strike and propose concise fixes.
Deliverables
1. Clean, court-ready PDF versions of all required appeal forms.
2. A redline or comment layer showing every substantive change you made.
3. A brief summary note (one page or less) explaining why key edits were necessary so I can answer possible clerk questions confidently.
