I regularly prepare a variety of documents that must comply perfectly with Indian law and I’d like to delegate much of that work to a reliable drafting specialist. The core of the engagement revolves around three document families:

Consistency and turnaround time are critical because this is an ongoing arrangement: as matters arise, the workflow will continue. If you already work with tools such as MS-Word templates, SCC Online, Manupatra or citation managers, that will be a plus and please mention it when you respond.

Deliverables will be reviewed on three simple criteria:
1. Statutory and procedural compliance
2. Clarity, accuracy and absence of grammatical errors
3. Submission within the mutually agreed deadline
