Old books copyrighting
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have up to three older, non-fiction titles that are ready for a new lease on life, but first I need their U.S. copyrights formally registered. Each manuscript is already digitized and neatly organized, so you can dive straight into the application work without scanning or transcription delays.
Your role is to walk the projects from initial paperwork through to a confirmed registration number for each book. That means preparing the correct classes, completing the online forms inside the Copyright Office’s eCO system, uploading the digital deposits, and tracking the filings until certificates are issued. I’ll supply the PDFs and any supporting metadata (original publication date, author details, previous editions, etc.) as soon as we start.
Deliverables
• Completed eCO applications for up to three non-fiction works
• Proof of successful fee payment and submission receipts
• Final registration certificates (or official acceptance notices) forwarded to me
Acceptance criteria
• No missing fields or rejected applications
• Deposits match the books verbatim
• Certificates or acceptance emails arrive within the expected processing window
