UK Only: Need Paralegal/Solicitor to help ad-hoc with High Court lawsuit and injunction: London region only

UK BASED FREELANCERS ONLY: I need a Paralegal/Solicitor who is based in the London region and can assist me on an ad-hoc basis with a High Court lawsuit and injunction. I have a direct access barrister who is very good and a court clerk service, but not a solicitor as I am handling that part myself. I need ad-hoc help with understanding the response pack to a claim form, EX107 request to the night court, understanding what other forms are etc. I can do the admin work myself, I require fairly casual assistance, looking a document and maybe telling me over the phone ideas of how to respond etc. You would need to be based I. The Greater London area as I may ask you to accompany at the High Court on 5 July and simply help organise documents.

Ideal skills and experience for this job would include:

- Experience with handling High Court lawsuits and injunctions
- Knowledge of property disputes and proprietary estoppel
- Experience with breach of contract cases
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Based in the London region
