We need an experienced EB-2 NIW I-140 petition writer / case preparer to help us prepare a complete petition package for a non-STEM education case.
The applicant has a background in:
- psychological and pedagogical education
- elementary education
- child development
- supplemental education
- work with children with learning difficulties
- programs for children with autism and developmental delays
- after-school education
- development of educational programs for children
- online and offline educational formats
WES has already evaluated her Russian bachelor’s degree as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree.
Case Overview
This is an education-based NIW case, not STEM.
The applicant’s proposed endeavor is the development of a supplemental education model for children, initially through a local after-school center and later through a scalable hybrid model that may include:
- small-group offline instruction
- online educational expansion
- structured educational programs with measurable developmental outcomes
- programs developed with outside specialists (for example: journalism, digital art, and other specialist-led child programs)
- future scalable growth through standardized operations and expansion formats
The core of the project is not just tutoring, but educational programs that help strengthen children’s learning-related abilities through structured instruction.
We need help with:
- evidence review
- case strategy for a non-STEM NIW education petition
- proposed endeavor development
- strong NIW argument under Matter of Dhanasar
- full petition letter / legal-style support letter
- cover letter
- exhibit list
- exhibit organization
- business plan integration as a supporting exhibit
- Form I-140 draft preparation
- document assembly and final package organization
- English drafting and editing
- certified translations / translation coordination where needed
- final petition package ready for filing
- optional RFE response support if needed later
