NIW Petition Completeness Review
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I have assembled my entire EB-2 National Interest Waiver package and now need a sharp second set of eyes to make sure nothing is missing. The task is strictly a completeness check—no rewriting, no legal advice—against current USCIS standard guidelines.
You will go through three folders:
• Personal statement / cover letter
• All recommendation letters (10)
• Supporting evidence & appendices (publications, citations, awards, forms, exhibits)
For each section, I expect a short report that:
1. Flags any absent or incomplete items referenced in the index or table of contents
2. Notes pagination, signature, date, or formatting gaps that could trigger a Request for Evidence
3. Confirms that every exhibit is properly labeled and cross-referenced
Deliver the report in either Word (tracked comments) or PDF markup within three days of project start. If anything falls outside the scope of a completeness review, simply highlight it rather than rewriting.
Experience with NIW or similar USCIS filings is important so you can spot the small procedural details that newcomers miss.
