Licensed Arizona Attorney to Draft Writ Of Possession

I am preparing to move forward pro se, or represented if you're able to accommodate that, in Maricopa County Superior Court and need an Arizona attorney, that I can verify is licensed, to draft the paperwork that will get me over the finish line. My foreclosure purchase is complete, the statutory redemption period has run, and the current occupants still refuse to vacate. Under A.R.S. § 33-727(B) the court “shall” issue a writ of possession once those two facts are shown, and the case law—Walker v. Davies, Olds Bros. Lumber Co. v. Rushing, and Andreola v. Arizona Bank—confirms it.
