I am having a new Website and App designed and created and am looking for some (GDPR compliant).
detailed legal Terms and Conditions (Including Financial/Payment Terms)
The website will be international. I will be able to tell you the type of site that it's going to be, but not the theme of the site.
Bidders must be willing to sign an NDA and a Project Agreement Document.
Please do not apply for the project if you are unwilling to sign said documents. (Even If You Are A Lawyer).
Please also do not ask me to specify a budget, (So ignore the budget below, which is just a Place-holder), as it will be up to the bidder to provide a firm quotation, after our discussions. Any supplier who asks me to specify a budget will be immediately withdrawn from the bidding process, without exception.
The detailed Terms and Conditions should be professionally created without errors, be clear, concise and legally binding within the jurisdiction of England & Wales Courts, should there be any challenges to them.
I will also be requiring some Contract document templates for the site as well and I would like some help in creating a FAQ.
