Legal Research and Writing Assistance Needed

Hello there,
I’m Shalini Pant, and I’m new to this platform. I am currently a 4th-year student pursuing BBA LLB. I have interned at several prestigious institutions including the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT), Nainital High Court, and the Dehradun District Court.

During my internships, I have worked primarily on research assignments and counter affidavits.
As a student, I strongly believe that alongside gaining knowledge, gaining real experience is equally important — and true experience only comes through actual work. I genuinely wish to gain experience while also earning, so I can grow both professionally and personally.

Talking about my skills —
I am a fast learner and I never give up until the task is done. Everyone usually highlights their positive traits, but I want to share both —
While you’ll naturally see my positivity and dedication, my so-called “negative” side is that I get so involved in my work that I won’t rest until it is completed.
I give my heart and soul to any task I take up.
