Legal Document Preparation for Trustee Injunction
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need assistance with preparing legal documents for an injunction against a trustee in Tulsa, OK. The trustee is unwilling to make distribution as stated in trust document. Trustee has misinterpreted document thinking he is supposed to run a trust fund when all in print was written only for the grantor up to the point of distributions. I want to hold a remote hearing for a beneficiary who is out of state.
Specifically, I need:
- A complaint/petition for the injunction
- A temporary injunction to file with the court for the remote hearing
The grounds for this injunction are a breach of fiduciary duty and the damage it may cause if I the beneficiary do not get the money to pay off debts which will damage my credit rating. The trust in question expired upon the death of the grantor, and distribution was supposed to be completed.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
