Legal & Design Revamp: Welcome Pack
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
My existing client welcome pack needs an immediate overhaul. I want every legal element—Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Service Agreements—scrutinised and rewritten where necessary so the language is airtight yet friendly and easy for clients to understand. At the same time, the full document needs a fresh visual treatment so it feels polished and on-brand.
Scope of work
• Legal review and redraft of the three sections noted above, flagging any gaps in compliance.
• Content update throughout the pack so tone, grammar, and flow are consistent.
• Modern, cohesive layout and graphics for a final, client-ready PDF (Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar are fine as long as the source file is supplied).
Turnaround
The pack is going out to new clients shortly, so I need the completed, press-ready version ASAP.
Deliverables
1. Editable source file with new design and content.
2. Final locked PDF.
3. Separate Word/Google Doc that clearly shows any legal changes tracked.
I’ll provide the existing pack in its current form as soon as we start so you can dive straight in.
