Legal Book Research Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m a Canadian lawyer with several legal related books texts already underway. To bring these manuscripts across the finish line I need a steady academic partner who can take primary responsibility for deep-dive literature reviews and chapter drafting while keeping the prose crisp and publication-ready.
Willingness to collaborate with the me in PST time zone, multiple times a week via Zoom.
A doctorate in law (or equivalent research background) is strongly preferred because the analysis must go beyond surface summaries; nuanced critique and original synthesis are essential. Impeccable English is non-negotiable.
This is a long-term, retainer-style engagement paid monthly, with clear word-count and quality benchmarks agreed in advance. $1000 USD for 160 hours (6 USD per hr)
Contract will be for at least 6 months, with the expectation work hours will be full time.
