I hired a company to develop the platform website and has set the payment schedule and the deliverable in different stage. The contract was signed several years ago but when the covid19 happens in year 2019. They stopped the development of the website.
Now I asked them to give me the website source code but they refused. They required me to pay the remainder fee of the total contract but the website is far away from being completed.
I had the contract and also the chat history in skype.
I need your law service trying to get the source code. I don't want to pay any extra fee as the website is not completed yet. the one already done was already paid in the past.
