LEGAL SERVICES - CALIFORNIA ATTORNEY NEEDED
Budget: $150 – $200 USD
Small property developer has an Immediate need for a California attorney to review and file a Second Amended Complaint (SAC) in the Eastern District of California, i.e. - not later than March 5. The amended Complaint is in final form, but needs review prior to filing with your name on it. This case concerns theft of professional services (real estate leasing commissions) and was previously arbitrated. Property owner refuses to comply with arbitration result. Motion for specific performance will follow settlement of pleadings and then discovery. Other work is also immediately available. Ideally, initial success will evolve into long-term relationship.

- Review and finalize the SAC for proper allegations, claims, and remedies

- Begin discovery

- Excellent in pre-trial discovery/deposition
- Experienced in federal court
- Willing to build litigation team as need arises
