I’m facing a motion to strike the default judgment I obtained, and I want a set of eyes that has sat on the bench. I will send you the full draft the defendants filed; please read it cover to cover and dissect every legal argument they advance.

Your job is to tell me where their logic, citations, or procedural posture falls short, point out any loopholes they hope to slip through, and suggest authority I can cite to shut those gaps. An annotated PDF or Word file with inline comments plus a concise memo outlining the strongest counter-points will be perfect.

Because I selected “Judge,” I’m looking for someone with real judicial experience or at minimum long-standing, decision-writing credentials that mirror that perspective. No need to address evidence evaluation or formatting—just the substance of their legal reasoning across the entire document.
