Joint Expert Survey Statement
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have two full valuation surveys in PDF—my own and the one AXA Insurance lodged with the High Court of England. The Court has ordered both expert witnesses to meet, set out exactly where we agree and disagree, and file a Joint Statement compliant with CPR Part 35 / Practice Direction 35.
Your role is to step in as my RICS-qualified expert witness, concentrate on the valuation discrepancies—specifically market value and condition assessment—then liaise directly with AXA’s surveyor. After a without-prejudice meeting you will draft the Joint Report, clearly flagging every point of agreement, every point that remains in dispute, and the concise reasoning behind each stance, ready for submission to the Court.
Please confirm recent High Court or County Court expert-witness experience, familiarity with CPR wording, and your availability to produce the Joint Statement within the Court’s timetable.
