Indonesian Contract Draft & Research
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need thorough assistance with drafting and reviewing Indonesian-language service agreements, supported by solid legal research and concise documentation. The core of this engagement is threefold: first, produce or refine service contracts so they read clearly and comply with Indonesian law; second, dig into statutes, regulations, and case law to answer targeted questions, then present the findings in brief, well-structured summaries; and third, polish every clause, memorandum, or brief so the final text is error-free and professionally formatted.
Typical assignments will include:
• Drafting new Indonesian service agreements from my outlines or templates
• Reviewing existing contracts, flagging risks, and suggesting revisions with tracked changes
• Conducting case or statutory research on request, then distilling key points into short memoranda
• Proofreading and formatting any related legal documents before submission
Deliverables must arrive on, or preferably before, the agreed date, follow the requested structure, and cite all sources accurately (using footnotes or inline citations—whichever fits the document). I will stay available for quick clarification, and I expect timely questions from your side whenever something is unclear.
A background in Indonesian law or substantial experience in Indonesian-language legal drafting is essential. Strong communication skills matter just as much as technical accuracy because we will iterate on wording together. If our collaboration goes smoothly, I have a steady stream of similar work and would be happy to establish a long-term partnership.
