Help with Insurnace Trust Deed
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a Life insurance policy with AIG insurance company which I would like to put into Trust and nominate my wife as a beneficiary. I spoke with the Insurance company, and they have sent me 2 different types of forms to fill. 1. The AIG Bare Trust
2. The AIG Discretionary Trust.
I am not entirely sure which form I need to fill in and therefore thought the best thing is to get some professional advice on this.
