Formal to Federal Supervisor Health (accommodation, disability, retirement, EEOC) Emails
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need help turning a complex set health circumstances and form requests and instructions into clear, formal emails that will go to my Federal supervisor. The situation is nuanced, so a live video call with screen-sharing will be our starting point; that way I can walk you through the background documents, timelines, and the specific forms, accommodations or actions I must request.
Knowledge of Reasonable accommodation, Federal Disability Retirement, and/or EEOC complaints helpful. Will be filing a EEOC complaint, so if could help with that also, please let me know.
By the end of the engagement I expect polished, ready-to-send drafts—written in a strictly formal tone—that accurately convey my health related, accommodation, retirement, complaints, while remaining concise, respectful, and compliant with workplace protocol. Because the content is sensitive, absolute discretion and an ability to synthesize dense information into plain, professional language are essential.
Deliverables
• Up to three final email drafts, supplied in Word or Google Docs, each tailored for my supervisor and aligned with Federal workplace etiquette.
• One revision round after I review the drafts.
Acceptance criteria
• Language reads formally, with no ambiguity about the requested actions or accommodations.
• Emails remain fact-focused and free from unnecessary personal detail yet still reflect the gravity of the health issues described.
• Formatting and tone suitable for a Federal agency chain-of-command.
We will schedule the initial video call (Zoom or Google Meet) once we begin, and I’m available for clarifying questions throughout the drafting process.
