I need a fully-completed Labour License Form VI under Rule 25(1) for my workforce of 50 contract labourers stationed at a cement plant in Kutch, Gujarat. The licence must cover a one-year period and be ready for immediate submission to the labour office. The only worker-specific information that has to appear is the job description; each employee will be listed simply as “General Labourer.” No individual names, shift rosters, qualifications or experience details are required, and there are no special certifications to note.
